Return & Refund Policy

At BALANCE, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Due to the nature of our business, all products are shipped directly from our suppliers. We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at lucynamir@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
